I had to rent my place sight unseen because i was moving cross country on a tight schedule and i am more than impressed with Be DTLA. All of the statf are super responsive and friendly, the grounds are well kept and it is so quiet. I work a hectic schedule and this place has become an oasis for me.

My studio is exactly what I have been wanting. Easy parking, quick elevators. Prime location to DTLA and my different jobs. I can hear neighbors through the walls and ceilings so I try to be as quiet and courteous as possible.

Very useful to have a grocery store on the same block as well as the Vista Hermosa Natural Park, which is just a few blocks away from the apartments!

There is a grocery store and starbucks and chipotle, but otherwise unhappy with everything else. Pool is closed. Packages go missing. Always short staffed and finding someone is frequently a challenge. Parking was a nightmare
