All in all I’m pretty comfortable living here. I am especially impressed by the maintenance staffs. Always fast always accountable.

I’m not happy with yearly rent increases and the quality of the maintenance work. Many appliances need to be replaced instead of half job repairs that keep failing.

I think this building offers really good value for the price in this area. The maintenance responce and repair are great here. People who show up to do the repairs are usually very nice and professional. I really appreciate that since I think it is one of the perks of renting instead of owning. I think all the current tenents are pretty quiet and respectful.

There has been a lot if changes in the building sincr we moved in, elevator has been broken, sometbings werent ready in our space. Not too bad but we will see how it goes.

Been here for 6 months and it's been great so far. Any time we have an issue, it is fixed very quickly. The apartment itself is very spacious and perfect for us and feels like a good value given the size and location. Good neighborhood, walking distance to some things, and good neighbors!
