Overpriced

These apartments should be 25% cheaper. They jack up prices every year, have seen up to 14% increases. Expect them to "drive" you out in 2 years, they don't care about resident turnover. They'll raise the prices til you leave. Staff are nice and responsive but not one bit flexible i.e. they refuse to provide an extra key fob, compounded by the fact the callbox was made out of 1920s technology, expect it to misbehave and not work, therefore causing issues with buzzing visitors in

Clean but Thefts and Thin Walls

The property is very well maintained and the staff is always kind, responsive and helpful. I've had two cars stolen from this location however and only lived here a year. The walls are thin. I can hear conversations daily from my neighbor and he snores at night. It keeps me up. I have to figure out how to drown it out nightly to rest.

Our experience living in Accent Apartments

We are recent tenants of the Accent community. So far we are absolutely enjoying our stay. The apartment is spacious and we love the high ceilings it features. We also enjoy the fact that the building is only 7 years old and is well maintained. The amenities are also great, and we are thrilled that we are slowly regaining access, after COVID, to the pool, jacuzzi and the gym the building features. Veronica and Barry from the front office have been the most helpful in our transition into the building. We had quite a few questions until we got settled in, and they never hesitated to provide fast and helpful answers. The building is switching from an old key system to a new one, so there are some on and off issues with that, but hopefully soon enough all this will be behind us. My husband and I greatly recommend Accent as your next home, not only because the place is new, the interiors are updated and beautiful and the staff is helpful, but also because you are in the heart of Playa Vista within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
