Love the building and the people who live here - pretty quiet other than the street noise and occasional crazy people walking around screaming at night. My only complaint is how often things break and how long it takes to get them repaired (however, Edmundo is an absolute angel and always fixes things whenever he comes by! I think it's more of a management issue). For example, our oven didn't work until 4 months into living here, our dishwasher just stopped working out of nowhere, and the entry way key code to get into the building is broken and delivery people can't get in anymore. This has been going on for at least a month and no one has fixed it. The lights in the lobby don't always work and a lot of times there's a loud buzzing/beeping noise that's really annoying (usually when the lights are off which makes it really unsettling to leave at night). Now, the 1st-floor lobby door has lost its magnet thing and it cant stay propped open, which is just annoying if you're coming off the elevator with bags or groceries. Overall the building just needs some more care and regular maintenance.
