Good could be better

Lived here for 3 months, love the building, the gym is incredible, the community is respectful kind and clean, the apartment is beautiful, maintenance takes a long time to fix things tho, and the butterfly app can be a double edged sword, if my phone dies i have no way to come in.

We've lived at the 7403 complex for one year and have signed for a second year here. The amenities are great, the grounds are cleaned and maintained constantly, inside the apartment is quiet and the landscaping is aesthetically pleasing. The street noise can be bothersome, but inside the unit with double paned windows it is manageable. Thanks for a great experience overall, and looking forward to another year at 7403.
