Disappointed

Ive lived here for 7 years and Ive seen things get increasingly worse. Im shocked that the rent has been raised and we havent had functioning heat in the building for 2 years. Just fix the heating please.

To the point!

this property is very forward and to the point. no amenities really other than laundry in the basement and cute courtyard. lots of value, units themselves are quite large for the price you pay but the lack of any added features makes the price make more sense. management was atrocious at first but then got taken over by beach front and michael has been an absolute delight.

Good Stay

There are both pros and cons living here. The pros include lots of apt sq ft, in-building laundry, and nice courtyard. The cons are slow maintenance and no AC/heat. There have been several building managers since I moved in but the most recent is a step in the right direction.

The Embassy

I have lived here for 5 years. I love the neighborhood and I have an affordable beautiful apartment. I am disappointed in the new management though. It has been the same onsite manager for 30 years, and now a new company is doing the management and the building is slowly falling into disrepair. Its pretty sad to see it happen. I wont be here much longer.
