I moved here in August and I just absolutely love my new apartment at Carlton Way in Thai Town.

- I moved at 5426 carlton way 18months ago. I'm unhappy about the parking situation here. There is way too many cars in the property. With an average of 1 car per person living in the compound ; it is not acceptable to allow new cars to be parked on a regular basis. In the last few months, 2 tenants from another building/ address have been granted a parking spot along our building. As a tenant living on the 1st floor, my apartment is now surrounded by 4 or 5 vehicules (I can reach with my hand a car from each window of my house). At any time of day and night, it is noisy, unpleasant, unaesthetic. Our guests can no longer park here. There is way too much back and forth in this place. The management should find a solution and relocate those 2 tenants. The 2 addresses have no link and we cannot be linked with the lack of space next doot. - There is a big hole/ passage in the fence between the 2 addresses . It needs to be fixed. The area is not safe. Tenants from next door should not use this fence to enter. - It is not forbidden in LA to use motor leaf blower, the gardeners should stop using them. Its noise and gas pollution. Plus it's useless and causes dust in our houses.
