Decent living

Expensive for what it is and not the safest area. Laundry is expensive. No parking.

Good place

Parking is street only but still manageable with residential streets, noise is nothing frazy except occosianal honking cars,

Great Price and Location - Quiet Building

Great staff and quiet place. Parking can be kinda tricky but that's the only downfall.

Rare Find with Caveats

Pros: I've lived here for a year and five months and I can honestly say it is a really rare find for what you get. The building feels very safe, thanks to the building manager that is responsive and proactive. I can usually do my laundry without waiting for hours for other tenants. That is a positive about living in a building with less people. Unfortunately, the washers and dryers seem to break down often because they are overloaded. Cons: When I moved into my apartment, maintenance hadn't fixed holes in the wall the last tenant left. After a yearly inspection in May that found my refrigerator needed replacing, I still have not received an ETA about replacement and it's September. Street parking is difficult to find and the building sits on a dangerous intersection for pedestrians. The walls are very thin: I can hear my neighbor snoring through one wall, and another having clear conversations from the bathroom. Getting deliveries and mail feels like a 50/50 chance something won't be delivered. There seems to be no way for FedEx or UPS can get in the building unless they've been told to knock on the manager's door or unless a tenant happens to open the door at the exact right time.

Decent.

Not a great neighborhood, very thin walls, cabinets/handles etc in apartment built poorly.
