I enjoy living in this apartment. Neighbors are friendly along with staff

There is not only some noise all day due to being close to the street but also the noise during the daytime.

The unit is spacious and gets good natural light. I like the location as it is very close to my work in SM and to my mom in Inglewood. Neighbors are friendly and polite. Only thing is that it gets very cold inside. I still need to get thicker curtains for the windows, which I believe will help with holding in the heat. Overall I am very happy in my bew home :)

The apartment was great considering the monthly fee. There are only about 12 units and 1 washer and dryer but I never ran into issues with this. Having reserved parking is very convenient and the location in relation to all necessities and local attractions is great. The staff took care of questions and concerns quickly. I did have a few minor maintenance issues but they were solved. The neighbors on one side are very noisy and often get into loud arguments which caused an issue while working from home. Overall it was a comfortable place and good for the price paid.

Great spot to live if youre in LA. Close enoogh to the 405 that you can get anywhere you need to go. Location itself is very clean and easy to walk to restaurants, shops, etc.

The apartment is overall very good and a good value for the price. It is a bit older and things like windows and appliances need updated. The laundry machine is also a bit outdated but it has never been an issue to get laundry done. The building is quiet and whenever I have had requests they are attended to quickly. Overall it is a good place!
