nice to have place to self, but there is a price to pay for it, esp if you are on the second floor and downstairs neighbors are always mad when you are simply walking

Have lived here for almost a year. Parking is not great. Maintenance and response time is good! Neighbors are friendly but it can be loud at times on the street.
