Just ok

We’ve been living in this apartment for 4 years. Our ac had a leak for about a year, maintenance would come & “fix” it but we still had issues up until a couple months ago & now it’s fixed. Laundry machines are always out of order and neighbors sometimes leave their clothes in for hours. The elevator is down often. There’s a new dog in the apartment and has been peeing everywhere as well as leaving poop smears on the elevator floor. Overall, it’s just okay. Neighbors are quiet and the location is pretty close to many stores. There’s a parking garage which is great.

Horrible plaxe

We have been nothing but friendly tenants for over five years. Despite making numerous reasonable requests on various occasions. It seems to be the intention of management to always say no. They are unwilling to do anything above and beyond, they barely even do anything required. It was an absolute displeasure to have had to live here for as long as we had.

Been good

Ive been here for about a year now, love the location and the people that live here. Maintenance is a bit slow to get started because they seem understaffed. Once they actually come, things get done. Overall I’d recommend for location.
