I have had the opportunity to live at 3671 midvale for the last 10 years. Lido has been very accommodating in parking access for guest in a pinch. Reasonable with the rent, especially given that I live in Los Angeles county where rent is constantly going up and becoming near impossible to find a safe neighborhood, dog friendly with parking and laundry on site. Lido always answers maintenance request within a timely manner (I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for service). If I were to move I would definitely look within the Lido group.

I have been living at Midvale for almost 10 years. The location is prime to be able to commute to all areas of Los Angeles within a small period time. Management is always keeping residents informed of changes. They have been understandable and accommodating during the pandemic. Living in Los Angeles is difficult but fortune that I found Lido management.

I have lived here for over a year now. The lido office team is kind of rude and not helpful. Our On-site manager is very nice helpful though.

Please do something about the ants issues

Modern two story building, gated entry, private parking spaces, parking is gated and at street level, apartments are above parking, laundry room and cats ok and small dogs under 25 pounds ok for an additional monthly fee of $25 per pet per month.
