I've been in the building for a while. I love the location as it is centrally located. For the price I'm paying it's a decent deal. There is a lot of noise from the neighbors, and fireworks are on display year-round. Parking is a disaster, yet I am grateful for my single spot. I generally have to park a block or 2 away sometimes more, and this is after circling the blocks five times. Maintenance is subpar, and getting them to address any issue that is not major is like pulling teeth. You get what you pay for. I have seen this neighborhood change, and at this point its a way better place to live. As the neighborhood has improved so has the building.

The building is located pretty well. Maintenance is almost non-existent. The tenants are mostly good and respectful. The neighborhood can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. The building is outdated and needs to be revitalized. The units have very poor insulation and older single-paned windows.
