I am just moving in and alread can tell im going tomlove it here. The move in process was super easy and Marc the building manager is fantastic :)

I have lived here a few months. The on-site property manager Marc is awesome, so helpful, and I love the apartment itself and the location. I probably would not have moved into here however had I known that 3 months in and renovations are still well underway, which makes it loud and feel like there's no privacy as there's work happening 9-5pm everyday right out your window. I wish the leasing company would have been more transparent about when renovations would be done so residents could have some rough timeline and can make the decision on what works best for them. They led me to believe it would be done much sooner than it has which is upsetting but they also know it's a competitive market. I work from home so really not ideal. They also are updating the apt complex to look more modern for what used to be a really quaint feel. The location is unbeatable though.
