Nice location, good management

It is a nice building. It is also a quiet area and neighborhood. Nice location close to restaurants and not too far to grocery store and transportation. There is parking on the street and Runyon Canyon with trails close by. There was a brush fire there and it was great that management called to warn resident to evacuate The building suffered no damage, and residents were able to return.

Great Apartment

I've lived here for about four months now and my roommate and I love the apartment. The management is great and very responsive, it has a great pool and the location is very central to a lot of things in Hollywood

nice place

Nice place on a hillside. It is quiet and has a small pool. It is a walkable neighborhood with lots of shade along the streets, though finding on-street parking can be sometimes tight and have to be aware of days when you cannot park so that street can be cleaned. Check the posted signs-- otherwise you get a parking ticket!
