Buiding manager cares about the buiding and residnets. Buiding upgarded with Amazon delivery box and security cameras. Great neighbors!

Rent is good, maintenance is decent, amenities are missing. Laundry machines fail to work often. Garage gate randomly opens and closes. Construction takes place in the building way too frequently.

This is one of the best values in the area. A central location with easing driving access to Santa Monica and Burbank; located between Hollywood and West Hollywood. The units are clean, remodeled and have balconies. This is an urban neighborhood and post-covid street activity is concerning at times but nothing other areas of the city are not facing. However, building management does whatever they can to keep impact to the building and community minimal. Recently a surveillance system was installed which has added to a sense of security in and around the building. I'd recommend the building if the units are within the price range you're looking for.
