Building needs renovations, hasn’t done a thing to the building since I moved in nearly 5 years ago. Too many homeless in the area, parking is none existent outside of the one garage space. Amaneties are none existent. Would love an elecrric gate, mini splits for cooling and heating, new windows etc especially for the amount of rent paid.

Its ok i have lived here for a few years and would like the building repaired. Ie. paint windows ect
