I really enjoy living here and love the office staff. Security could be better, and the Airbnb stuff is quite odd, though I love the amenities and have not had any major issues. Lately the elevator maintenance has been poor and they smell like urine, though beyond that the property appears well maintained.

I have loved my time at Inspire Hollywood and plan on renewing for another year. I really enjoy the amenities and community events, and how safe the premises are. Having multiple layers of security really is important in this area. I would say the biggest issue is the fire alarm, as it goes off a lot and usually between 1-5am. Not sure how that can be fixed, but in my opinion, it is the biggest value diminisher. I'm still here though, so I must really think it is worth it! The old staff was super nice, but I like the new staff as well. Everyone is super accommodating and easy to get along with. If you are considering living here, I totally recommend. I would just make sure you are a deep sleeper.
