I enjoy the place and the peiple very much the only thing i would change is if maintance got taken care of a bit quikcer

Good so far not bad, floors could have been replaced more and some more fixes before move in date but so far good

Been here for 14 years. Love the location. But the building has been falling apart, plumbing issues constantly, and maintenance is sometimes very slow to respond. The laundry room was just closed for 4 days, until I realized there is flooding and three inches of water, which had me worrying about an electrical fire. There are cracks in the atrium floor but maybe for the cost its a decent value for the location.
