New management usually doesn't answer calls and takes forever to call back. Often we call several times and leave messages before we hear back from them. They are super super slow with maintenance requests. Recently they sent a notice about mandatory maintenance, but they simply walked into the apartment and looked around before leaving. No maintenance was performed. The rent is a fair amount thanks to the RSO and the location is great too. There are no complaints about any of the neighbors.
