every once in a while there is a car club that comes down Sepulveda. Extremely loud for about 30 minutes at 1AM

I do love the location and the ease of access to the freeway. Traffic all depends on which direction you're headed. The noise is usually traffic with horns honking or waves or motorcycle or car clubs passing late nights

don't have anything bad to say. I like my spot.

I have lived here since 17' and love the area. The neighborhood is mostly quiet except for sepulveda traffic from 4-7pm (Lots of honking) at night you can hear tuned motors tear down sepulveda or the 405 and that does get annoying sometimes. Great location for the early commuter ( I go north )

I've lived here since 2017 and I love it. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. The neighbors are all pretty friendly and we look out for each other. no complaints.
