Laundry Room

I do not have any major issues with this property except for one, and it it is a recurring problem several times a year. I have told and requested the then building manager to request for BETTER REPLACEMENTS OF THE WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS in the Laundry Room because I learned also from my neighbors who've been living here for more than 15 years that the existing machines on the property WAS NEVER REPLACED for maintenance purposes. Those machines are old and most of the times out of service. And no refunds were given to residents who wasn't able to use the machine because it stopped working without any warning and the user have already dropped their quarters in the slots.
