Highly recommend

I have lived here almost three years and absolutely love this building. The construction noise has been insane lately though and sometimes they work on the weekends too, but I learned to accept it. They do not give a rent discount due to construction noise in the building for over a year, but it's such a great value and location that I still stay through the noise.

Great spot for the price

Open and large layouts with good size balconies. Could be updated and/or cleaner, but for what you get it is priced well.

Review

Paint is peeling everywhere in the apartment. Dishwasher always breaks and floods. I first moved in and the internet cables were cut (wish this was checked beforehand). I had no heat for about 3 months when it was really cold and it took forever to fix.
