- The apartment is recently built, so it is fairly well-equipped. - If there is a malfunction, staff will come and help you immediately during business hours. - The parking is underground. It is a secure parking lot, but the ventilation is poor and the air is very stuffy. - Some residents keep pets. They are required to pay additional costs, but there is no consideration for neighboring residents. No support is provided even if there is noise pollution. - I feel that the costs are relatively high.

The facilities are good. The parking lot is dimly lit and stuffy. The ceilings (floors?) are thin, so sound from the upper floors echoes very well, and it feels like a cheap structure considering the rent.

I've lived here for 2 years and going on 3. I love how this was brand new and the complex isnt extremely large but has all the necessary amenities. The area is up and coming with many newer complex which is nice to see the growth. The location is great for me as it is very central. Overall the building doesnt have much noise but the streets can be loud with construction, fire trucks and occasional street racing cars.

I've made lifelong friends with some of my neighbors, i can walk to the post office, bank, market, bars and restaurants, and the metro station. I have parking, gym, pool and rooftop deck with views of LA, this place is perfect!

Small units, but beautiful building and location. Noise comes from the construction just across the street, it is crazy. Other than that, it is a nice place.

It's a new building, location is superb. The apartment building is gorgeous, very peaceful, you don't hear your neighbor next door or on top of the unit. Can't wait to have the retail at the lobby opens.
