Awful management and laundry rooms

If you’re looking to move here because of the laundry rooms, don’t bother. I have lived here for about five years. Management was great when we moved in but the guy left and now we have a manager (Mila) who never responds to emails or answers phone calls. She doesn’t even listen to the on-site manager, who has advocated for us residents on numerous occasions. Multiple residents have complained to me about Mila failing to address various issues, between rainy season causing in-unit flooding and laundry machines always being down. All 30+ units have been sharing ONE working dryer for years, because no matter how many times we reach out, Mila refuses to address the issue. Many previous residents have told me the chose to move out because they experienced so many issues with the building that they reached out to get fixed but were always ignored. To top it all off, I have also spoken with many of the previous maintenance employees who told me they quit because Mila was so hateful towards them, mentioning that she would scream at them when no one was around. I have also heard her speaking in a condescending manner to them over the phone. Guess she didn’t realize she was on speaker… Lastly, they still advertise the rooftop lounge area which hasn’t been available since the day we moved in (again, five years ago).

Good apartment and location, bad management

Good apartment and great location but the building is old, good value, the parking is ok but the management is really bad. (2.5 years living in the building).

Good apartment, great location

The apartment is renovated, the location is great and having a parking spot is a good plus.

no available parking for visitors, very tight parking inside. apartment painting always fall off very cheap quality. slide doors were old and after they changes them they always hit each other and glitch. plumping issues for sinks and bath tub. extremely hot during summer. cant access front gate without a key. the dryer for laundry on the 3rd floor is weak doesn't dry up well. the apartment is extremely noisy by upstairs neighbors foot steps and wall are not sound proof. not a big privacy. perfect location, safe , great staff, josh and Brian and the maintenance guy are excellent. rent too expensive for what you get. at least provide more parking and newer installations inside.
