They consistently turn my water off without notification and when I message the manager about it they don’t respond. When the washers or dryers are out of order they take a very long time to fix it

The utilities are increasing constantly have to pay for a very narrowed parking spot. The ocurren manager its amazing and his wife they really care about the building good maintenance and proper atención to the issues Tennants , good luck if you decide to lives in this building apartment. (I forgot about the dogs barking all day sometimes at nights and to share the laundry with the smell of the neighbors dogs smell in your clothes. ??

This apartment building used to be better maintained but now its so difficult to get anything fixed. The laundry room was broken for months ,its finally fixed. Now theres been a leak in the parking stucture thats been spewing steaming hot water on a car for days. Seems the property manager does the bare minimum and the leaders of beach front property management are using our rent money to make themselves rich while hiring cheap and poor quailty service.
