Unkept, noisy/questionable neighbors ,parking charges etc,

For 1 year trash bins are unkept on a regular basis, new tenants tend to leave trash around trash bins even when empty, neighbors below constantly fight in the middle of the night 1145pm to 2am most days, and new parking fees seem like penny pinching in a soso area when torramce amd near by city's dont charge parking fees ,not the same place i moved into since diana who was the original manager when my partner amd I moved in. Since then managers are often care free about keeping the complex clean also renting to questionable people, that either let their pets utinate in pr atound the property or are just outright weirdos.

Mostly Quiet Apartment

Lived here 8 months so far. Only complaints are that the water was out entirely for a few days here, but after I called the manager to talk about other options she offerred to let us use another vacant unit's bathroom. Manager has changed 3 times since we've moved in. The first few needed a lot of check ins and follow ups to get things done, but the last one has been communicative and responsive. Hopefully this current one is the same.

Overall 2019 so far

apt overall is ok, but downstairs neighbors are loud,and in the middle of the night, and behind our unit in the complex behind us constantly fight or keep their kids up all night during week hours and make tons of noise. Since we get up at 5:30-6am during the week, this can get really annoying considering the rent goes up every year, and it seems they bring in more section 8 tenants, and they constantly loiter outside which is strange, since for the amount of rent is being charged you would think better tenants would live here as time went on ,not the opposite. Otherwise Management is pretty good as they are very polite, and understanding.
