Poor management

This apartment building used to be better maintained but now its so difficult to get anything fixed. The laundry room was broken for months ,its finally fixed. Now theres been a leak in the parking stucture thats been spewing steaming hot water on a car for days. Seems the property manager does the bare minimum and the leaders of beach front property management are using our rent money to make themselves rich while hiring cheap and poor quailty service.

Charged monthly fees with no return

We are charged monthly fees for matienance fees and overall keeping the complex clean, trash is always every other place except the dumpster, laundry room is always filthy. and we have complained multiple times to the management company omly to be told to reach out to the manager. only thing is they have a new manager every 2 to 3 months and all provide excuses from not be able to handle mantrinace shedules down to not answering calls, and the staff at the management company lacks proper email and phone edicate to say the least, very rude and off putting. The neighbors are very loud at all times, every other neighbor seems to fight every other day to complex next store yelling , screaming at all hours, along with overly loud conversations.
