Too noisy

Need to tell residents to keep area around complex clean, need to stop hanging laundry and cleaning gear on handrails. Keep there kids from running around complex and walkways. And dump there trash in proper dumpster.

Loud Residents

A few residents get home past 11pm and will take calls on speaker or honk when locking their cars. Nothing crazy but obvious, common sense type disturbances are abundant.
