Luxury Where

This apartment complex claims luxury in the title, but it's but luxurious. There has never been a fully functioning laundry room in my 7 years here. The units are falling apart, and the owners refuse to put the money in to have the tenants live happily and comfortably. They never forget to raise the rent prices or reach out if you miss a payment. They are always on top of that!

Villa Capri

With the cost-of-living these days, it’s an affordable place for a nice apartment. If you’re an animal lover, this is definitely the place for you. They accept large dogs, which is hard to find. It has a secured front door and parking.

Everything seems to be okay but just the pet issues

Our tenants do not respect the the area thier pets pooping everywhere and some tenants even clean their pets poop waste and allow the drainage water careless at the compound
