This past year has not been difficult as a tenant with challenges due to repeated water shutoffs, ongoing plumbing issues and even flooding in my home - None of which were caused by me. Despite these serious problems I see that I won't be getting a refund for my personal items that were destroyed by the flooding. What makes it even harder to accept is that rent continues to increase, On top of that with the government shutdown and lack of effective programs to help residents who may be struggling. I truly hope management takes these issue problems seriously and work towards real, lasting solutions and not just a temporary fix with the plumbing

This is our first rental and it was an amazing experience. With having good neighbors and liking the garage and washer and dryer hook ups makes it easier for everyone.
