I love living here, parking ain't the best but they recently added a gym which is great and the apartments are pretty great size

My husband Ralph and I have enjoyed one of the best apartments in this property. Watercrest is one of the older properties, but one of the best built in the Coachella Valley. The Management Team performs constant upgrades and repairs, we are signing another one-year lease. Although at our age senior housing would seem more appropriate, the well-chosen tenants. (Families, students, diverse backgrounds ) keep us young. It truly is a safe and friendly place to call home. Thank You to Gabriella and the Management Team.

Rent is too much. Each renewal of lease is a rent hike. I started in 2021 at $1650, now $1940
