Going on my second lease renewal. Prime location, great ameneties, amazing staff. One of the most affordable communities in the area that inckudes practically everything you need. Washer and deyer in unit, great size rooms and patios, its a must see if youre moving to indio.

When when I first moved in over 10 years ago, Smoketree was an amazing place. Everything has gone down since especially recently. The level of service, the wait time for repairs,Dying shrubs are not replaced. Everything has gone down except the rent which goes up yearly.

Always fighting for a parking space and there has been two less because clean up from projects have not been done.
