Just recently moved in and everything been great! The office staff - Roxanna and Tina were super friendly and helping make the move in easier!!!!! Maintenance man Ricardo was super helpful with not only putting in a new closet rod but quickly made my pool key and mailbox key!!!!

Andrea Jara is an outstanding property manager! She is kind, friendly, and always takes care of business. Every time I call her with an issue, it gets handled by the very next day. Andrea is a true people person—honest, fair, and incredibly approachable. I feel so safe living in this complex because of her. When I moved in, she promised it would be a safe environment for me and my family, and she has absolutely delivered on that. I really enjoy living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Andrea. She makes you feel at home and comfortable. Any maintenance issue I’ve ever had is addressed quickly—usually by the next day. Andrea Jara is, without a doubt, one hell of a property manager!
