Staff is great and very helpful and polite. The building really has everything one could ask for In LA and the parking garage and cozy apartments make all the difference. I do think maintenance could be a little better with cleaning certain areas but its nothing major.

Good property management. Friendly neighbors. My only complaint would be when repairs are made in the unit the quality of service isnt always the best. But the workers are good people! Helpful & kind.

The place is okay, the maintenance people are great. The old manager was not very good with communication. There is no in unit laundry and these are not lofts.
