The houses are very near to each other and lot of noise

I've lived here in a little over a year. The placement of the apartments is great as I can walk to most major stores in town as well as restaurants that are opening in the new downtown shopping center. Unfortunately, outside of the two pools, the complex doesn't have a ton of amenities that I've experienced at other apartments. They also are steadily increasing price which makes is quickly taking from affordable to on the higher end for one bedroom apartments.
