Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Creekside Village

Not a bad place to live for the scenery. Its close to market places as well. However it is way over priced. They love to raise the rent every year. Alot of people that live here are from foriegn countries that work in the tech industry on work visas. They make ridiculous money and can afford the rent hikes each year. The average american cannot.

Facing recurring noise

We are residents at apt 2000. We have been quite satisfied with the community. In previous couple of months, we are hearing some strong vacuum like sound most probably from the ceiling. It last for 15 to 30 seconds but happens at least evey hours, starts from early in the morning and ends even late at night. We have already called lease office twice and explained about it but still hearing the noise. We don't know if it is some of the building issue or the apartment upstairs. We always got very response from the lease office. We hoped that the issue would be addressed but still haven't seen any updates on it. We are somewhat upset about it.
