Having lived at Rollingwood for 10 years should be evidence enough that this is an exceptional living experience. From superb/friendly management and timely/high quality maintenance to considerable amenities and a beautiful, nature-oriented grounds is only a portion of the value of living here. Additionally, behind the complex tennis courts is a beautiful nature trail with voluminous deer, turkey, birds, and more wildlife plus we're located walking distance to the local YMCA and the beautiful American River, with its river and biking/nature walking trails. Simply put, great people, great location, great value, and great living conditions. I highly recommend Rollingwood without reservations. / David Warady

Anytime I have an issue, whether it be a quick air filter change or a problem with my plumbing, our Maintenance Man Chris always makes himself available. He knows what he's doing and is very efficient.

I've lived here over a year now, I absolutely love it ... is it perfect no but what is perfect? The staff are friendly and helpful, never rude or judgemental. I would honestly say this is a great place to live. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about things needing cleaned and stuff like that however it's not management's job to clean up after the residents it's the residents job to clean up after themselves.
