swimming pool filled with homeless - the property charges us for amenities, and they don't care to keep them up to code. Worst property management I have seen in a while, they don't care that the homeless come in to use the barbecue and swimming pool areas where our kids play and swim. When we addressed the issue, they said they can't do anything about it!

We’ve had a decent experience living in this apartment complex, but there are several areas that could use improvement. First, the bathroom is quite outdated and the toilet is too small and uncomfortable — a full remodel is overdue. The kitchen also needs updating to meet more modern standards.

I've lived here about 13 years - so yes very content here My carpet has been flooded twice - I would love to have new carpeting I would love to have my bathroom repainted the rent goes up every year
