What others love about this property:
The grounds need to be spruced up, particularly in the back
I have only been here a month. It is very quiet and residents seem to be friendly enough. I love the proximity to the stores and restaurants.
Better places
Management is rude fifty percent of the time. They will not fix issues such as laundry, they just tell you to deal with it. Not helpful in my personal opinion. Cable does not work for my apartment and I refuse to pay another $100 fee for a tech to come out when that should be something to be fixed by the management company. We are forced to pay for cable that does not work. I have lived in complexes that have friendlier and more helpful management staff. There is a lot of room for improvement. One good thing is the Maintenance is on point.
