Pretty okay

Renting here is okay. Management is good on some things but not so good on others. Not available after 4pm or on weekends or holidays, which is a major, major problem when you have an issue (which in my case has been rare, but still a pain when it happens). Have been good at fixing access issues for me, but also will sometimes forget that they are required to give us 24 hours notice before entry by law. The parking garage is safe and kept pretty clean, but lately the doors always seem to be broken or stay open until someone manually closes them. The community room is sometimes good for when you need a workspace, but they don't let you use the bathroom there, which I found to my horror when my toilet broke and I had to wait like 5 days until maintenance came and fixed it. Most of the time packages will come to your door, which I honestly think is a plus, but if you want the security of the package lockers, I'm not sure if the kinks with that ever got worked out. As far as apartment features, I really do appreciate having an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which all work really well. The heater is good too for the most part. I enjoy having a patio, even though I haven't had much time or money to properly use it, but it is a definite plus. The noise factor is pretty standard, but sometimes can be very annoying. There is little-to-no sound muffling between the upper and lower units so I feel like I can hear everything that goes on in my upstairs neighbor's apartment unless they are sitting still. I'm not sure what the construction going onto the building across from the garage is on 39th street, but that has really been nuisance to deal with especially in the mornings when I am trying to get to work. The neighborhood is pretty nice for the most part is great with lots of families, but me mindful of the noise factor. I really don't mind kids playing in the courtyard, but you will hear them screaming even if you are far from the action and shut up inside.

Once in a while....

Once in a while something breaks or some things break. It's hard to receive a response from managment.

Overall the staff

The staff are awesome. The unit is okay but well mainteined. Parking is okay just always check if garage door closes. Lacks amenity like BBQ & GYM. Noise is continious during the day. Not the area to feel safe walking at night. MOve-in offer is quite good.
