Moved in recently, So far nothing alarming about the complex, we've gotten a lot of positive feedback from guests and visitors. Very clean and friendly neighbors. It can get noisy but we figure its because there are many people in the area and the freeway. There is very limited access to amenities because we have to go to the leasing office during business hours to use any of the amenities.
handicapped parking problems, noise awful
I've lived here since last May. The apartment is very nice. More handicapped parking is needed, or at least reassignment of spaces so that handicapped residents can park closer to elevator or have a little more space to get out of the car. I don't know what you can do about it, but the street noise on the second floor facing Hollis St is really disturbing. More clean-up should be done. A resident manager would be nice.
