The two bedroom has a loft and is HUGE! The office staff is nice and will get back to you if you have a question or need anything fixed. Sufficient Enough

Lived here for almost 2 yrs and it's alright. The floors are pretty outdated; upstairs movement is loud AF even when you're trying to tiptoe. Amenities are ok. Parking is a bit tight, but it is what it is. Overall, you're probably gonna pay over the top for apartments in Davis so Sundance is one of the better alternatives especially if you want your own space.

Pretty good location and amenities

Ive lived here for a couple months now and my favorite things ar ethe staff and the location. Its a twenty min walk to the arc and the staff are really nice and communicative. The sauna and pool are really nice.

BEST STAFF and BEST MAINTENANCE!!

I am one of the long-time residents at Sundance, and the biggest reason why so is GREAT MAINTENANCE! Hector keeps Sundance so pleasant to live, and his presence in the premises truly makes me feel secure to live here. Also Rebecca and the staff are always so responsive and attentive. If there weren't any noisy residents, this would be the definitely best apartment I have ever lived!!
