I've lived here 2 years at S&F. The apartment is quite good for the price. The worse thing is the very poor laundry maintenance. Very often it doesn't work and you loose money. The offices have printing services that don't work. Completely outdated and not functional. Pool table at separate office is also not properly maintained.

Have been living here for 3 months, laundry machines should take coins, maintenance needs to do a much better job of communicating and not taking 3 weeks to do something as simple as replacing one lightbulb.

I've been living in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with 5 girls total since september 2023. the laundry rooms have had broken machines multiple times, for long stretches of time. the bedroom doors dont have locks either. but i do like the access to bus lines. one of the hot tubs seems perpetually broken.
