Love the Cranbrook!

I have been so happy living at the Cranbrook. The staff is simply amazing! Maintenance is so kind and polite and quick to respond to issues. The grounds are well maintained and I feel super safe walking to the laundry or other amenities and leaving my car parked in the lot! I would like to see the Cranbrook get some updates inside the units, but everything is clean and in working order.

Decent Living

I’ve lived at Cranbrook for over 2 years. The maintenance and leasing office is helpful. Living near the train and baseball complex is very loud. Parking is decent but sometimes difficult to find parking late at night.

This is my second year at Cranbrook, I never faced any major issues with the apartment. The management and staff are really nice. The apartment is a little old and is too pricey for the quality.
