Good
This is my second year at Cranbrook, I never faced any major issues with the apartment. The management and staff are really nice. The apartment is a little old and is too pricey for the quality.

Best place ever
This is the best location to live around. The P,Q,E and F bus lines are around the property; making it super easy to travel to the UC Davis campus and around the city of Davis. Nuggets market is just a block away! And the best part is the staff and maintenance people are super helpful! We had our heater break down in the middle of the night, and they came and repaired the thing on an emergency basis!

Good for california
It's expensive to live here but is reasonable for CA if you've lived here a while. The trains are loud but that's not that bad if noise doesn't bother you.
