The value of living here is pretty matched to the price I pay. Still on the more expensive side, but it makes more sense considering I have my own room. I will say though, the apartment is obviously worn and older. Paint chips everywhere and the carpet looks pretty musty, even when we first moved in. Still, a decent place to reside, and the neighborhood is quiet which is nice. Overall, a good place to live.

Best Davis Housing Experience

I've lived at several apartments throughout my time at UC Davis, but Casitas Apartments comes out on top in virtually every aspect. The location is conveniently located close to several Unitrans bus lines and Anderson Plaza, so it is no problem to get around town. The management is punctual and friendly, maintenance is professionally done, and the units are very well-kept. The rent is very reasonable considering the quality of the apartment and location, so I would definitely recommend this place to anybody else looking for housing!
