Almost all bedrooms in these floor plans can be leased as a private room or a shared room - based on your preference! *Rates do not include gas & electricity, or $25 background check fee. Apartments are not furnished. Residents sharing a room must find their own roommate. Listed pricing is the monthly base rent for your apartment for joint leases, and/or your space on the Individual Lease program. Our goal is to help you plan and customize your budget with ease.
