The Staff and Maintenance are always nice and accommodating. It is pet friendly and relatively safe. The location is convenient and close to my workplace.

This is my 5th year and it's been a place I call home. My dog Blu loves living here, he loves his routine walks to the cafe and the pool. My daughter's dog Isla also loves visiting.

I have been living here for two years and the amenities such as the hot tub seem to never be working such as the heat and the bubbles, it also took maintenance about three months to replace a fire extinguisher and clean the broken glass. Besides these two things living here has been amazing, safe, quiet, and reliable with bus stops nearby, great staff, and great amenities and community events!

I moved in about 3 months ago and I genuinely am happy with my apartment and my choice of Anderson. There is a convenient market + some eating places walking distance away along with a safeway less than a 4 minute drive away. My favorite thing is the amount of cabinet space provided in my apartment.

Staff is friendly and the grounds are very pretty. My biggest issue is the lack of ventilation in some rooms (including the bathroom).
