Overpriced for what you get

So much money for a parking pass, problems with the kitchen vents working so the fire alarms go off frequently (have tried to get it fixed but it’s too old), insane pricing for how far it is from campus, bike to school is NOT fun (you have to go over freeway), so much noise from the pool late at night, upstairs has quite loud footsteps, and utilities/rent are not given at the same time. That said, maintenance comes very fast and the staff is very nice. I just think it’s obnoxious to be paying this much for all this. As well, I have friends in other units with the exact same layout and room that are paying $350 less than me, which is unfair.

Know we are here to help brainstorm something that might work for you at a sister community as well. We also understand that separate billing for rent and utilities can take some getting used to. Since PG&E provides invoices mid-month, our lease allows 21 days for payment, so you can conveniently pay your utility fee with next month’s rent, penalty-free. Amazing place to live, with few cons

Please do something to encourage residents to make less noise with their cars at night. I hear people beeping their car and playing loud music at times past 10pm. Far from campus, if you go to UC Davis.
