Glad We Moved Here

We moved in less a month ago. María Galvan is amazing, she’s been very responsive and made our moving proves a lot easier. Great location, enjoying our spacious balcony and heated pool. We are still meeting neighbors, everyone has been friendly and welcoming. Will definitely refer the Parkway Plaza apartments.

Enjoying the pool and spa sign ups

Glad to have the pool and spa reopened, especially for families with young children! It’s great to have an escape, gives kids something to Iook forward to when other entertainment options are not available these days.The sign ups are wonderful, hope it becomes a permanent deal. Thank you!

Nice complex, excellent service, and great neighbors!

I moved in 2 years ago, the complex has undergone many renovations, it is well kept and maintained. Resident services are great. Maria our property manager is wonderful and so is her staff. Friendly and caring neighbors. Very happy to have made Parkway Plaza my home and will recommend it.

Very Happy with Improvements

Very happy with our new double pane windows and paint improvements. Maria tells us there’s more renovations to come, Glad to know the owners take pride in their property’s upkeep. Nice neighbors, we couldn’t have a better Manager or maintenance staff!

Happy with our new home

We’ve just moved in, so far it’s been a great experience. Very happy with our new place, nice neighbors, and on site manager is very caring and attentive.
