Awesome Respectable Community

I’ve only been here since September and this has been the best renting experience ever. Gabriella is the best Manager ever and her support staff are amazing too. The community is very welcoming and the floor plan of the units are large and affordable. I especially appreciate how timely things are handled when I call in any concerns I may have..

Best complex in Covina

I have been a resident here since 2020, Gabriela and her team always keep the building looking great, Arturo came to my unit and changed a light bulb and things he noticed i did not ask, he was curteous and professional.

Good value for an older building

I've lived here for almost a year. The staff is friendly the grounds are kept well. The street traffic is a bit dangerous when exiting the parking structure and is especially loud during morning and early evening. The building is from the the 1960s but the owner is making upgrades as tenants come and go which significantly improves the quality. I recommend this place to friends who are looking for a place to live. I believe it has good value for what you pay.
