Great place

Verry safe gated community, two large pools that are open only during summer , onsite laundry is great. Rooms and living rooms are much larger here compared to others.

Amazing Service

I have only been in Covina Palms for 1 month and it feels like home already. Since the first moment I got here Gabriela has made me feel appreciated and very welcomed. I love that she has made the pocress of moving a very pleasant one. Thank you Gabriela.

Awesome Respectable Community

I’ve only been here since September and this has been the best renting experience ever. Gabriella is the best Manager ever and her support staff are amazing too. The community is very welcoming and the floor plan of the units are large and affordable. I especially appreciate how timely things are handled when I call in any concerns I may have..
