Great Apartment Complex
I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! It's wonderfully clean and feels super safe. The noise level is fantastic – I hardly hear a peep when my windows are closed. The only tiny drawback is the laundry cost, which is a bit on the pricey side at around $8 per load. However, the maintenance team is fantastic – always quick to respond and incredibly understanding. All in all, this place adds so much value to my everyday life.

Great Location
Living here so far is great. I enjoy the location immensely, being right next to South Coast Mall means there's a lot to do and go see in the area. It also feels like a safe location. However, I wish there was an exercise room of sorts here. I also have had a few issues regarding peeling surfaces in my apartment, though it is recently refurbished and the maintenance staff are very friendly.
